Going out dresses

Going out dresses that keep you in vogue

So you’ve picked the perfect pair of shoes that show off your legs in style, and you’ve buffed, powdered, pampered and invested in your favourite fragrance for a glam night out on the town. The final fashion flourish is a frock that makes a style splash. When you’re browsing your wardrobe for the wow factor, keep our list of top dresses in mind to make your decision a little easier.

Going out dresses can be stylish and sophisticated or gloriously glamorous. A maxi dress is elegant and is perfect for a red carpet style that stands out. A strapless maxi dress is great for a wedding or special event as it lengthens your silhouette for a gorgeous style that really makes a splash.

Bodycon dresses show off your curves and are a confident pick when it comes to going out dresses. A bodycon dress shows off all your lumps and bumps so it’s important to wear shapewear that controls your curves. A basque or a bodyshaper makes you sleeker, shapelier and of course, sexier. The result is a stand-out look that will turn heads.

Every girl loves a touch of glamour and sequins are a sure way to succumb to the temptation of glitz. Subtle sequins to the neckline of a dress lend a touch of glam, while an all-over sequin dress is a bold and daring party look. Multicoloured sequins are even bolder and the perfect opportunity to show off your inner diva.

For an elegant style a one shoulder frock is a showstopper. The one shoulder dress should always be worn with a multiway bra or a strapless bra and remember to keep accessories simple and stylish if you’re going for a sophisticated outfit that oozes luxury.

For a glam night out on the town, put your best foot forward. Make sure it’s swathed in a stunning heel and complemented by a fabulous frock that would make Gok go gaga. Add a clutch to coordinate and you’re all set to break your curfew in style.

The Real Me. www.thisisashleyrose.blogspot.com

As you have maybe noticed , Studded Rose Blog is on a slight break, due to clashing scheduales with the face of my store it has become too hard right now to do frequent posts. I however am still blogging over on my own blog. So come over and say hello at www.thisisashleyrose.blogspot.com

An extract from my new blog:
The perfect sunlight hour for photography. This is my favourite time to capture photos, the light creates an amazing softness that just cant be recreated at any other hour. I used to adore taking the photos myself at this time so i wanted my man to see the difference lighting can make (Still in the midst of training him on the SLR).
I never was one for florals, actually i do certainly remember a time that i swore off them forever. However this skirt and i had a connection i believe the phrase is "love at first try". The pattern is incredible and it certainly (i believe!) dosnt look like the $15 Price tag it carried.
Teamed it with a basic t-shirt as to not take away from the print, and this amazing statement necklace. Love a statement necklace. I love them a little bit too much!
